Mediclinic Panorama, Cape Town
Mediclinic Panorama, the first hospital planned and commissioned just three years after the founding of the Mediclinic private hospital group, opened its doors in August 1986. Since its inception the hospital has been a huge success due to its carefully planned design, sophisticated equipment and facilities, its professional and dedicated staff and management and leading medical professionals.
In 1995 Mediclinic Panorama opened two world-class special units, the Heart Unit and Oncology Unit, both of which have been a resounding success. In 1998, the hospital opened another two special units – its Endoscopy Unit and Neonatal Critical Care Unit, both of which set new standards in the way in which these health services are delivered.
